Question: Is it safe to have 40mg of ambien in 24hours!?

I got off work today at 8am!. i took 20mg of ambien at 9am and woke up at 7pm!. It's now 12:40am and I want to sleep but cant naturally, is it safe to take 20mg more of ambien!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
