If you go in the ocean and it has sea lice and you accidentally swallow it, will it effect your insides?

Answers:
Sea lice can not live in the fresh water. If you accidentally swallow them and you had a poor antibody, you might get diarhea and gastroenterocolitis. But with good antibody and intact gastric mucous, you should be fine.
Sea lice infected pink salmon, only because salmon live there n contaminated every time.
