Question: Phlegm in throat is fine!?
Most of the time I need to clear my throat from phlegm!.!.I don't have any sickness, only occassional cold, but that's all!. so why do I have phlegm in my throat!? Is it phlegm, or something else!? Is it normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good god, i have the same problem!.
I've had it before though, most people do so it's pretty much normal and nothing serious to worry about!.
It's usually due to the change of weather and environment which can affect your whole body, so you become stuffy and it feels like horrible build-up, right!?
I have to constantly clear my throat!.
it's nothing to really worry about!. However, if you ever at all have trouble breathing because of it then you should take mucanex or see a doctor right away!.
But the best thing to do is just cough it out every now and then, that's really the best way to get rid of it!.
