Some days when i am not hungry i eat and eat and eat why is this?
and how to stop it, i don't gain any weight or anything. And i am not fat i only weigh about 120. why do i eat and eat and eat. And how do i stop this because when my meltibolism slows down i don't want to keep doing this and then do get huge

There could be any number of reasons for this, but the most likely (and the easiest to fix) is that you are simply dehydrated. Most people can't tell the difference between hunger and thirst. The next time you aren't hungry but feel the urge to eat, drink a big glass of water. Better yet, make a habit of drinking lots of smaller glasses of water throughout the day and stop your thirst before it starts.
