Tremulousness upon writing either on the board or on the notebook, caused by decrease in muscle tone?

Anyone who had experienced the same tremulousness upon writing either on the board or on the notebook as mine? What coud have been the problem? This happened to me many times during my elementary years. Anyone give opinion?
