Question: What Do You Think!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Do you think its Type 1 Diabetes!?!?!?!?
I have been moody lately and my attitude is not the same!. I am so tired and weak and I go to bed at like 8 pm and I have to get up at like 7 am for school!. I usually only drink 3 bottles of water a day and now I drink like 6 or 7!. I am often cold, and get extreme dizziness every time I run even 1 sprint, and I run cross country so this has never happened!. I am not asking you to diagnose me or anything, just give me your opinion if you think I have it and need to seek medical attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Something is definitely going on!. You sound like your body is running on empty!. This is not healthy!. You don't say how old you are!.!.!.Type 1 diabetes is usually diagnosed fairly young!. But kids are getting Type 2 at younger and younger ages!. I advise you to see your doctor, but in the meantime, are you eating frequent small meals!? If your blood sugar drops too low, that might account for the feeling of coldness and dizziness too!. It sounds like you are getting symptoms of being acidic!.

Eating a more alkaline diet will usually provide you with more energy, allow you to get a full nights sleep in only 7 hours, and end the dizzy spells!.

If you are 150 pounds, then you should be drinking about 75 ounces of liquid each day!. This includes fruit drinks, water, and other drinks, and partly includes soups!. So 12 ounce bowl of soup counts as about 3 ounces of liquid and 9 ounces of solids (depending on the soup of course)

Being alkaline also helps control the acids that can build up as you exercise!. When you burn calories, you make acids that the bloodstream has to deal with, so this is why you can get cramps if you eat and then exercise, as the blood is trying to digest acidic foods in your intestines and remove acids from your mussels at the same time!. By drinking something alkaline before exercising, you can become more alkaline and thus not get cramps when running!.
