Falling when you're sleeping is NOT vertigo!.!.!. it's a neurological reaction!. It happens when your muscles relax really fast!. They don't have any clue why this happens, but it's not vertigo!. Vertigo is the feeling that either YOU are spinning or the room is spinning!.

vertigo is an illusion of movement while awake, when you're sleeping you are probably dreaming a disorientation in space, which is normal!. Sometimes I wake jerking my foot cause of a dream like falling on a poolWww@Answer-Health@Com
