I have colds, I am having a hard time coping with it since it started.?

My ears are getting very painful. I've tried taking medicines and vitamin c to beat it. Please help. Only serious and helpful answers needed.

Probably in addition to your colds you have allergies as well that manifest in your ears. Are your ears not only itchy but very, very painful? (yes) than open a capsule of vitamin E and intill that in your ear to lubricate it, one capsule per each ear.
Please be patient and the pain and itching will go away.
It it important to boost your immune system by not only eating a balance diet, continue with the vitamin C (preferable from natural food), sleep well, no smoking and no drinking.
