Having asthma, affects you immune system!. Thats why we get colds so easily!. You will start to feel better soon!. I do suggest the Flu Jab!. I have been having these for years and the one year I didn't have it I was very ill and had back-to-back colds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

having a running nose with cough and sputum are few of the mechanism adopted by the immune system of our body to throw out and prevent further spreading of a foreign entity like a microbe in order to prevent any damage to our body!.asthmatic patients have a hyper reactive immune system i!.e even a small dust particle in there respiratory tract will cause a Intense immune reaction as compared other normal individuals!.that's why it take you too long to get rid of cold!.you should rather feel privileged that your body has got such a strong immune system that even the most minute organism can't enter your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
