30 years old!.!.!. I have laugh lines!.!.!. well I don't even know what to call them!.!.!.!. they're not really visible when I'm not smiling but when I do!.!.!. It's visibile and I'm sure it'll bother me for pictures!. :(

The best time to sleep to get a healthy skin is from 10 pm to 6 am!.!. Try to drink a lot of water in the morning , during the day and less at night!! one month before the ur wedding u should get a facial at least of 5 sessions to take care of any problems u have!! When u go to any spa , u could ask them what bride packages do they have!! they can see ur skin and tell u what u need!.!. If u have problem sleeping at night, try to drink a warm cup of milk with a tsp of honey, stay away from fruit juices and coffee cuz they will keep u alert!.!.
get a good massage to relax ur muscles and try to do drink the warm milk and hopefully u will b able to go to sleep!.!. when u r thinking a lot and tensed ur muscled r stressed out , that's y u cant sleep !.!. so try to relax
