Why are my hands and feet always cold?!

It's bad circulation!. To increase circulation what you can do is: After you shower take a long back washing brush (or anything similar to that) and go over your whole body making small circles!. This circular motion helps the blood in your body to flow better!. This is not a cure though, you will still have cold hands and feet, but it will help a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do some exercises to push the blood all around your body!.have I said that,your extremities should not be colder than your body temperature unless they're exposed to extreme cold but I suggest you check with your physician
because you might need some blood work!.
