No herpes is not spread by saliva!. It's spread by skin contact preferably with an out break of herpes!.
If you have oral herpes (the same thing as cold sores) then you could pass herpes on when your mouth or an open sore comes into contact with his genitals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ive heard about that myself!. I dont believe EBV would but i heard mono (the thing after EBV) can cause herpes!. But im not too sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
