i use it as a chemical peel, and i heard that it may cause heart disease!

I have never heard of a correlation between hydroquinone tretinion and heart disease. In fact, many doctors use it to treat age spots in the older generation and, if there was a heart disease risk, it certainly would not be used on the older population.
