Random blood sugar 127?!
Question: Random blood sugar 127!?
I checked my blood sugar with a stick at 7 Pm and got a value 127!.( It is not fasting or after 2 hours of food )Is it normal!. I am not a diabetic !. What are normal values for test conducted at test done at different times of the dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is almost normal!. Random sugar upto 140 is not bad and considered as not diabetic!.
Fasting that is empty stomach in the morning between 80-110 and Post prandi that is ater 11/2
to 2 hrs after eating 140 to 160 is not considered as diabetic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The fasting Blood Sugar in a Non-Diabetic should be 80 --100 mg %!.&
2 hrs after a full meal should be less than 120 to 130 mg %!.If Random sample shows 127 mg % please get a fasting & PP sample done even though upto 140 mg % we dont call it a high value!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not too high where I would worry!. Try fasting for 6 hours and then take it!. If it is between 100 and 125, you are pre diabetic!. Above that and it is diabetes!. Contact your doctor if you are concerned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ignore that result!. Take it in the morning when you get up, before eating anything!. Should be below 114 to be normal, but need to take it several days in a row to see what the average is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
