Question: My pierced ear is constantly getting infected!.!.!.!?
have had my ear pierced for 20 years and wear earrings every day (gold, silver, fake metal) and all of a sudden they just started to get sore and then infected!. I stopped wearing earrings then tried again when they healed but back to the same problem!. I don't have a metal allergy since my belly ring is fine!. What is happening!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine did the same thing!. I have had them pierced for 40 years!. I had to not wear earrings until the infection cleared!. I cleaned the ears with alcohol every night!. When it cleared up, I made sure I only wore 14K gold, made sure the backs weren't on too tight and made sure I took them out at night!. It took about 3 months, but I can finally wear all my earrings again!. Your ears may be more sensitive then your belly!. Good Luck! I felt naked without my earrings!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you put the butterfly on the back on too tightly!? This can provoke infection, the longer the bar the better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
