I have a question about DIABETES?!

Question: I have a question about DIABETES!?
are type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes completely separate illnesses!? Can type 2 diabetes lead to type 1 diabetes!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
YES, they are totally separate diseases!.

Type 2 is from beig overweight and not controlling a healthy diet and lifestyle

Type 1 is auto-immune and you usually get it when you are younger in age and there is no preventing it whatsoever

NO, type 2 cant lead to type 1Www@Answer-Health@Com

They begin under two unlike situations!. Type 1 has no insulin to remove sugar from the blood stream!. Immediate insulin is needed!. Type 2 has insulin but the body is insulin resistant!. The insulin can't remove the sugar from the blood!. As type 2progresses the body may no longer produce insulin so it would mimic type 1 in that sense!. Type 1 is considered hereditary!. Type 2 is a later break down!. Diet and exercise can be important tools in the control of both!. Insulin is a powerful growth hormone!. Insulin resistance is often misdiagnosed as a metabolic disorder of the thyroid!. The patient is treated for the wrong disease and gains weight while the diabetes is disrupting the system unimpeded!. Losing weight does help lower the blood sugar in many cases!. Exercise shows both immediate and long lasting improvements!. The newest tool in controling diabetes is the Glycemic Index!. Insulin additions will remain extremely important for diabetics until something new is discovered or invented!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

type 1 diabetes usually develops in childhood or early teens and is always controlled by insulin!. At the moment type 1 diabetics are not controlled by tablets!.
type 2 diabetes in more commonly occuring in adults and is associated with being overweight, it is usually controlled by diet or tablets!. Type 2 diabetics can take insulin if they haven't managed to control their diabetes with tablets or diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Type 1 diabetes is due to autoimmune destruction of the pancreas causing it to secrete less (or no) insulin!. Type 2 diabetes is associated with being older and overweight and is due to resistance of the tissues to insulin making it less effective even though it is still being produced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Type 2 diabetes is cause from poor diet and exercise, and type 1 is usually hereditary and can't be prevented or cured!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they are very different, one of them need constant insulin injections, the other one with a good diet can be controlledWww@Answer-Health@Com
