I need help on burns and scars!!?

I have burn marks and scars on my hand does any one know any products or ways to help lighten them or clearing them out!!

Answers:

I've heard that "Mederma" and "Scar Zone" work good. I just recently bought the the latter, so I'm not sure how it will turn out.
