well my head itches and when i scratch it flakes come out well i know its dandruff...and also hair falling out when i scratch my head...well last night after i took a shower, i put this spray gel thing for hair cuz my hair will stand if i dont put it.. well i dont really put it at night cuz im just gonna sleep but last night i put it so today my head is itching and like i said my hairs falling and i think i have dandruff and i want to stop it please say how.. please dont say go to the doctor or something cuz its my last choice.. and umm please say if i should stop putting that spray thing... and please dont say any coconut oil thingy k thx
