Question: Help i just inhaled a ton of bleach!!?

i was doing laundry and lost control of the bottle of bleach and almost the whole bottle spilled in and i breathed most of it in my face is red and i coughed for a good half hour now iam just having trouble breathing and feeling really hot!. am i ok and is there any health risk from this!? please someone answer thisWww@Answer-Health@Com
