I feel sometime people start to notice way to late. You can tell if they pick at their dinner or they take a long time to eat, they miss dinner, constant exercising, making excuses that they already ate, or they had a big lunch or they do not feel goo. Another to is to watch for bulimia. Sometimes those go hand in hand and both are very dangerous. Rapid weight loss is something to look into and keep an eye on so one does not kill themselves.
