I just saw this on a television show the other day. I think it was a Dr. Oz segment on Oprah...anyway, they said to soak your feet in tea. Basically, make normal black tea, once it has cooled a bit pour it into a bucket that will fit your feet. The women who tried it said that it made an amazing difference!!! Good luck!
