How much will petsmart charge to train a dog to go to the restroom outside of the house?
the dog a mix of chihuahua and another small dog its about 7in tall and 14in lengths wise. weights around 10 to15 pounds. I live in dallas TX

I'm afraid you are mistaken, PetSmart's potty training classes are designed to teach YOU to teach your dog to go potty outside, not the dog. As someone else already stated, housebreaking takes weeks of constant work with the person the dog lives with, and there is no substitute for that.
I recommend no punishment crate training as a method for housebreaking, do some searches on yahoo or google on crate training, but even with this method, it takes 3-6 weeks to housebreak a dog...maybe longer.
I'm afraid there are no short cuts for housebreaking, and there is no one you can pay to do it for you...
