rite if i put my hand on my stomach i can feel my heart beat really strongly and it constantly gives me stomach pains!.!. i used to b anerexic if its anything to do with that!.!.
or is it palpitations coz i have heard of that n ino its summat about like an exagerated realization of ur heartbeat being there!.!. so like randomly start thinkin about ur heartbeat which i do but could that cause me 2 feel ma heartbeat if i put ma hand on ma stomach way stronger than if i put ma hand over ma heartWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, you may have some anxiety, caused by stress and you are focusing on this and its become magnified you need to try to stop listening to it!. !.!.!.!. I would try to do some meditation breathing and learn to relax look up some breathing exercises I hope this helps!. Also GOOD that you over came anorexia!.!. I can feel the exact same thing!. I usually notice it most when I am laying on my back in bed!. Its completely normal for some people to feel a strong pulse there!. But I'm not saying that it couldn't be something serious!. My opinion, don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
