Question: Allergy, help please!!?
I just got back home from a colleague's who hosted a dinner!. She has 3 cats and I didn't know I could have that bad of a reaction to them!. I had to leave because my eyes are tearing and very red, my face is swollen and I have problems breathing!. I'm a little freaked out, what should I do!? I'm going to take a shower now but is there any fix to these symptoms!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need an antihistamine tablet!. Have your shower then get yourself along to the pharmacy, or most supermarkets sell them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yea that happened to me when i went to a friends house for a sleepover ( she had 2 cats)!. Take claritin or benedryl ( caution: makes you very drowsy so be careful), get rid of all the cat hairs, if your symptoms dont go away call a doctor asap you might need to get an inhaler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would suggest if you are regularly going to be exposed to cats, you get tested for reaction and get a proper treatment plan - respiratory reactions are unpleasant and may need proper management in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
