Papworth Breathing Technique?
I just read on yahoo this is great for Asthma suffers. But I searched the web and can't find out the details of the technique. You would think there would be a book or some useful information out there. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thanks,

Other people call it diaphragmatic breathing... basically slow deep breaths through the nose.
