I think my daughter is smoking?

I found a round can of Skoal tobacco and some papers that look like the ones I has seen kids making cigarettes out of on tv? Her cloths don't smell like my co-worker who smokes but kin of weird anyway. How can I tell if she has been smoking?

I'm going to guess it's pot in the skoal can...most kids think cops and parents are too dumb to know the difference (I know I did when I was young!) Along withthe rolling papers, it's pretty much a dead giveaway!
