Sharp pains on right side of chest???!

Sharp pains on right side of chest???
this pain happens now and again it normally lasts for a few seconds but last night it lasted about 10 mins sometimes when i walk i get breathless for about 5mins then im completey fine.
anyone got any idea what could be happening?
Answers:
Could be stitch, could be a pulled muscle or if you have been doing a physical sporting activity and had a 'bump' could be a cracked rib.
Might be none of these, but unless you can think of some major collision or over exercising event or heavy lifting then could be hard to identify.
Whatever go and see your doctor.
