You can name your dog just about anything you want!. We have one dog named 'Puppy' and that's all the name he got!. My father named a dog "Here Boy' !. As long as the dog knows the name and responds to it , Herpes is a fine name for a dog!. The dog probably does not understand the command to heel!. There is bunches of books on training dogs!. Just check one out from the local library!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL Why not!? I had a dog years ago named FAUCET because when he puddled on the carpet as a pup it was like someone turned on a faucet and forgot to turn it off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
