Did you mean bladder pain? Pain or discomfort upon urination is found with chlamydia, gonorrhea, urethritis in men and with UTIs. Pain in the bladder only would be associated more with cystitis (UTI). HIV doesn't even enter into the picture. If you have pain, see your doctor. A urinalysis and culture and sensitivity can be ordered that day.
