How to get rid of blisters?
I've just done my duke of edinbourgh award and passed :) but i have the worst blisters ever! I can't even walk, as they are on the soles of my feet.
How long does it take for them to go away, or is there anything i can do to make them go away quicker?

DO NOT POP THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
Soak them in warm water, put antibacterial cream on (neosporin or bacetracin). Keep them elevated and uncovered when you are not on them. There may be special blister band-aids at the drug store (I found some) which both protect and cushion them.
If they do not begin to go away in 3 days, call the doctor.
