It only appeared this afternoon on my right thigh but not my left. Could someone tell me what this is?
It would help seeing the picture if you're a bit far from the computer's screen.

It's a rash. Probably an allergic reaction to something. Put some hydrocortisone cream on it. If it's not gone by Monday, see a doctor.
