What is this burning feeling on the side of my hip?!

Question: What is this burning feeling on the side of my hip!?
It's on my left side, like right on the side of my hip!. I figure it's from sitting down way too much because I'm on this computer chair pretty much all day!. But I could be wrong!. It comes and goes!. What is this!?

And also, what can I do for the pain!? It's not too bad of a pain, but it's one of those nagging pains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well, it could be a muscular problem, or nerve from your spine!. When you sit, you need to maintain your back as straight as you can, not leaning too much backward, or too much forward, or not leaning too much to one side, as this will lead to an imbalance of your spine!. Certainly this explains your pain!. I would try some stretching exercises, like lying on the floor (if you have a mat to protect your back would be nice), and pull your knees toward your chest and hug them!. Also, lying down (back down), with your knees bent, turn your body to one side and your legs (bent) to the opposite side!. Alternate sides!. This should provide you a good stretch!. Also, you should have a regular exercise program, even if you can walk for 30 min everyday!. That would do your back so much good!. Also, maybe when you are sleeping at night, you might be sleeping the wrong way!. If you lie on your back, position a pillow under your legs (under your knees), and one under your neck, and a little one under your lumbar region (lower back) for support!. The objective is to keep the natural curve of your spine, and not make it straight!. Also, if you sleep sideways, place a pillow in between your knees for comfort!. Maybe you can also apply a cold and hot bag on your back where it hurts (alternate cold and hot), this should also improve your condition!. When you work long hours in the computer, it is a good idea to take frequent breaks: get up and walk around, stretch your legs and back, have a drink of water, breathe some fresh air!. This should help a lot with your condition!. I hope you will feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com
