Question: What should I get a recovering addict as a ten day sober gift!?
A friend of mine (male) is a recovering addict and he's been sober for ten days now!. I wanted to get him something to celebrate but I don't know what to get!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is he in a rehab program!? If so, some flowers and a really good book or something like sudoku to stay busy and distracted are always helpful!. Try to make sure that the book is inspirational and nothing that will trigger his behavior!. I have a friend that has trouble with watching tv with people drinking, etc!. ,so be careful about the subject of the book!. You just never know what a person's trigger or triggers are!. Other than that, just your time and attention and positive feedback and encouragements are what they probably will appreciate the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
