how many hours later did you have the next tablets..as im not sure when to take them and when did u notice anything...

Dont expect to see any great effects on the first day. It takes at least two weeks for the antibiotics to get to work inside your body and clear out the dirt. Keep taking the tablets and you will see a gradual improvement in your skin.
I had the same tablets. I think you just take one tablet in the morning, or maybe two tablets (one in the morning and one at night) if you have severe acne. Never take more than two throughout the day.
