yes u can have a baby but it wud be healthier to have a c- section wen its time to give birth because a new baby has a low immune system and going through the vagina will most likely cause it to have syphilis!!! but idk n e one who wud have unprotected sex with somebody with syphilis!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A shot of penicillin before your 4th month can prevent your baby from becoming infected!. After the 4th month, the shot is not as effective at preventing it!.
