This is a 2 part question.
My father has been diagnosed with liver disease in the end stage, several docs have told him he only has a year or so left without a transplant. He has asked at least 10 Docs to get him on the list but they have all said they don't have the "power" to do that. Well who does? Second part is, where in the world can I take a look at that list, I know the names are private but is there an orgianization that I can talk to about details?

To determine how to get on the transplant recipient list, search for "how to get on organ transplant list" and your state. This should give you names of transplant facilities. These "10" docs should have at least provided that much information to your father.
