Does anybody know? ? ? (i need immediant response)?

Does anybody know of a way to check internal bleeding? Because my infant fell down at the park really hard on her head and I would like to find out as soon as possible if her head has internal bleeding. I do not want to bring her to the hospital until I know for sure. Thank You all for immediant responses.

well i know that its not internal bleeding i meant that if she will only have a bump, should i put ice on it it wasnt that bad a fall

are her pupils equal in size? I don't and haven't been able to have children yet but I don't understand how parents can wait and not take their child to a doctor. Even if you don't take the baby to the ER at least make a doctor's appointment for god's sake. If she is having internal bleeding and you don't take her that is neglect and they will take her from you in a heartbeat!
