Thats what we call an abessed tooth and that hurts like hell.I just had a n absessed tooth pulled about a month ago.I would recommend that U go to a dentist soon so it doesn't get any worse and they will put U on some antibiotics and pain relief medication and then schedule a time to extract it.Don't worry though they numb U up really good and doesn't hurt a bit.They gave me 40 vicodin after mine and I did't even take any.I took me 2 ES Tylenol and was fine.Good Luck hon and I hope U feel better!
