How come Asian people characteristically get acne on their backs?
How come mostly Asian people get back-acne, aka, bacne? I know that Asians are also characteristically hairier, but is acne related to this, or specifically acne on the back.

Your knowledge is erroneous. Asians is a large group with a huge variance - your generalizations in this case are not even correct in my opinion. Some Asians have very little body hair. If Asians do have a higher likelihood of back acne I would think it would because they may have a higher liklihood of oily skin compared with some other groups. Is there a specific Asian country you are referring to?
