I think my ear piercing is infected, what should i do?

I've had my earspierced for a couple weeks, since May14th about? and my oneear iskinda hard and red. swollen i guess. ithurts wheni touchit. i cleaned it out withperoxide,saltwater, the cleaning solution that they gave me... whatelse should i do? i'm hopeing i can justclean it good and it will go away. its not oozing, so it doesnt seem too bad. please help!

First of all take the stud out and put a nine carat gold earring in. To do this get an egg cup put hot water in and detol only to soften it and get some of the yuk out. When you have done the soaking of the ear and putting in a ring ( a full circle one). Do your soaking in as hot of water you can stand with detol strong in it. Then place vaseline across the back and front of the hole and turn your earring. This allows the puss to come away and a healing to start.
I got my ear piercing done when they had like a belt punch and took a piece out. And mine was worse. Oh and after you run the ring around put a daub of peroxide on front and back of earlobe this helps it to heal as well
