My daughter has eczema, I put Vaseline on her skin every day when it's really bad!. Baby oil in the bath water helps as well!. Moisturizing is the best thing you can do, but just know regular lotions do not moisturize well enough to help eczema!. You have to use oils, like mineral oil and petroleum oil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take baths not showers!. when you get out pat dry but not completely!. While your skin is still moist apply a moisturizer that contains 20% urea!. The urea will help bind the water into your skin!. Be sure to use a very mild soap such as Dove or Aveeno bar!. Also do not use HOT water to bath in as this causes more itching!. For the worst areas, you can buy a 1% hydrocortosone OINTMENT and apply it at least 4 times a day!. Over the top of the hydorcortosone, apply the moisturizer with the 20% urea!. In most cases eczema is not curable is but is very controllable, but it is something you have to deal with on a daily basis especially during the spring and fall months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have eczema too and my skin also gets dry in winter!. I went to the dermatologist!. He gave a lotion named cetaphil and an ointment!. Always wash your hands before putting on lotion and after too!. You may not like this but it is not wise to take a shower everyday!. Take a shower everyday will just make it dryer!. The dermatologist also said just put shampoo on head, armpits, and private parts!. Don't put soap on your skin, but if you have to used a lotion that is meant for dry skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may also allergies with the eczema!. A skin doctor can answer this question!.
Begin by watch what you eat!. For example peanuts!. Does it make your condition worse!?
Try benadryl, it can help, it also make you sleep so you do not itch so much!.
Try a brush that will not strach your skin!.
On the strach area get some atibotic ontiment not cream!.
Mix the ointment with hydrocotizone ontiment and rub it on it!.
You can get this at the dollar store for $1 each!.
Take a bath once a day and use a mosterizer not lotion!.

I used to have massive issues with my skin, when I tried stuff at the super market it would only work for a day!. I've been using a product called sense for about 3 years and havent had ANY issues, it works great! Best thing is its cheaper than the other stuff!

They explained to me that what is happening on the outside of the body is a good indication as to what is happening on the inside!. happy to give the email of the place, just send me an email :) good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

What he said ^ and try not to itch, no matter how much it itches try not to itch it!. If you dont itch it, it will help A LOT, that way you dont get scar :) and the best thing to do is keep using your moisterizer and there maybe some face lotions out there to help with the itching and redness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the dermatologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
