Crashing at night; how do you avoid it?!


Question: Crashing at night; how do you avoid it!?
What is YOUR favorite food to keep from low sugars at night!?!?
I have gotten great advice here, but when it gets close to bedtime
nothing sounds good to me!. Thought if you would offer some of your ideas it might help!.

Hiya Mindy! I really enjoy a couple of graham crackers and some milk, maybe some teddy grahams!. Bananas, peanut butter sandwiches, cheesy crackers, cheese nips, wheat thins and cottage cheese, peanut butter and celery, it just really depends on what mood I'm in! :) There are lots of things out there! Just look at the carb count per serving, keep it in your range, and have at it! Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont go to bed if my sugar is under 100 , i get a snack before I go to bed and then I test my sugar again before I lay down !. good luck !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
