What are these small red dots on only my inner arm ?
i have small dots on the inner side of my arms
(about 30 right andabout 50 left) it looks nothing like angioma they are much smaller and lighteralmost pink. i cought myself scratching a day ago and it seems to have gotten worse, obviously because i just noticed about 5 mins ago !

if you were to place your hands and arms flat on a desk is where they are! including some on my inner bicep.
