me and my boys one year anniversary is coming up..
its going to be really really special..
but my face just recently broke out..not too horrible..but enough that it aggravates me..
what is a quick way that i can get rid of all these pimples..?

Ugh. I have oily skin, and I get blemishes all the time. But I found a regimen that works for me :)
First of all, DON"T put alcohol on your face, and don't use soap, either. Soap--while good for your body--is not to be used on the face because it's made with wax and harsh detergents. Alcohol is bad because it's chemical properties are harsh on delicate facial skin as well.
What I do is get a MILD, GENTLE cleanser made for oily skin and then pat my face dry. Use a wet cotton ball to rub all over my face (which will get all the dead skin off of it). Then I dab on some 2% Benzoyl Peroxide ONLY ON PIMPLES, which dries them out (you can find Neutrogena BP cream at drugstores nationwide). Finally, I put on some LIGHT lotion made for my skin type.
I also exfoliate chemically with BHA/2% Salicylic Acid, which goes into the pores and cleans them all out. I use Paula's Choice for this.
It may sound complicated, but it's really not. Try it for a week, and I think you'll notice a difference.
