OKay i think I may have oral herpes. I have likie cole sores things at the ends of my mouth (on both sides) I have had this since 7th grade and now I am a sophomore in highschool. I always have to wear chapstick 24/7. And I am really nervous about having it. I have been to the doctor and dermotologist and they didint mention herpes to me at all, they just didnt know what it was. And I am terrified that I might have it. I have to constantley have to put chapstick on and If I dont have any on then my lips get inflamed. Does it sound Like I have herpes? If not what do u think it is? PLease help

Sounds more like Herpex simple also called ""Cold Sores"
Cold sores, sometimes called fever blisters, are clusters of small blisters on the lip and outer...of cold sores . What causes cold sores? Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
It usually becomes less and less frequent. Chap stick is OK. Aspirin for pain if any.
