I stayed off this site!.!. Theres too many on here than can make you want to go back when they post thier diets and excercise!. I also relized That i'm a teenager and this is the stage where i can eat anything i want b/c im growing and i should take advantage of it! I wanted to have fun with all my freinds and have enough energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically my moto is now do or die!. Anorexia kills people!. So I didn't want to go there!. It's incredibly hard once you unbalance your immune system through stress to become level headed again!. But you have to if you want to live normally!. It's hard but please get help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
