Omg!please help me!?

omg! I had a scab and half of it has healed but has left a red patch.If i buy tea tree gel will this help reduce the redness and heal the other part of the sab quicker?If not what other products would do this instead.I need this to go by the 6th July(Nex wkend)HELP! xx
