Sometimes even if you've had a vaccination your body doesn't always make enough antibodies to be immune from the specific disease. So its possible that you could get chicken pox from your sister.
Another thing to keep in mind is that when people have had chicken pox and are reintroduced to the virus they can get something called shingles. It is a condition caused by the same virus that causes chicken pox. However its more common in elderly and people who have weakened immune systems (like people with AIDS).
Basically you should try take all precautions around your sister as if she had the flu. Wash your hands, don't drink from the same cups as her etc.
