Anal bumps?!

Anal bumps?

My anus has bumps inside of it that is like stys.. I cannot explain it.. When I pick at them I car tear off a bit of fat and it bleeds a little.... Sometimes there isn't so many of the bumps and then sometimes they spring up.. What do you think I have??
