No, but it can make you feel very ill. It can make you feel weak and sick, make you tired and unable to concentrate. It can make you short of breath, give you heart palpitations, dizziness and possibly lead to heart failure if untreated. It makes you very pale, gives you low libido and makes your lips and mouth crack into open wounds and difficult to heal.
